CSR has always been at the forefront of Accor’s strategic axes.
The Covid-19 pandemic has proven its importance. Indeed, during the crisis, Accor placed Solidarity at the top of its priorities by creating the All Heartist Fund, a €70m-fund devoted to help Group employees and individual partners affected by the current situation.
For this challenge we would like you to focus on the social pillar of CSR’s 3 pillars. Our current actions include Planet 21, Solidarity AccorHotels, Diversity & Inclusion.

What ways can be found to leverage employees, guests and owners’ involvement into local projects?
What concrete actions, digital or not, can be taken internally and externally by hotels to respect, contribute and develop the projects with local communities?
Think about what the hotel’s responsibility is within its local community.
The possibilities are endless! But think along the lines of:
You will have to submit your project in groups of 3 on this platform.
Once your photomontage is created, the teams with the most amount of likes will be selected for the next round.
The 15 teams who are selected from the first round are now ought to make a video of their concept/idea/project.
These 15 semi-finalists will present their videos to the jury through skype and the jury will examine and select the 5 finalists by the end of the day for the Take Off! Final in Paris.
In case of travel ban, the Final will be held online.
The 5 teams will battle it out in the final stage of the competition in Paris.
Each group will have to present their project to Accor Top Management.
The Final could be held online in case of travel ban.
